Best Childcare my son has received to date, bar none. This place is the real deal. Sane, balanced staff, and Ms. Heath-Powers is experienced in the daycare industry and it clearly shows in all aspects of her facility.
Staff are genuinely interested in the kids. The classrooms are evenly disciplined/controlled, but the kids are still having a blast, you know good controlled chaos, with consistent rules for all the kids, so everyone knows what to basically expect.
I have had my son in four different daycare facilities since he was two months old, and the one I had him in here in California is very good, yet Creative World Children's Academy is just that extra better in all areas to put it at the top of all the ones my boy has been in.
My situation was less then normal, I am a single dad who was sent for training by my boss [he paid for my boy to go with me, cool boss] so anyway I had to find daycare for my son for a one week time period, most facilities don't want to even entertain the idea of this. Since I was coming in from California it was harder to check on the different daycare facilities available, but with a little digging I found Creative World, checked with the county child care licensing, and found they had a clean record. I felt at that point and having talked to Ms. Heath-Powers that at least my son would at least receive minimum care and not be in danger from neglect.
Wow, how they exceeded my expectations! First day we come in early so my son can acclimate, and as soon as we walked in the door everything just felt right, and it just kept getting better and better. My boy was introduced to his teacher who eased him into the classroom and a group of two other boys she thought he would be a good fit for, and she was right on the mark, those kids didn't want to be separated the whole time my son was there. My son did not want to leave at the end of the week, and I wished I could find a facility of this caliber in my home town of Diamond Bar California.
A facility of this overall excellent quality is fairly rare to find. When I have to go back to Reno for more training you can bet my son will be at this facility.
